OPERATIONAL Terms and Conditions

* Prices can change base on market regulations without prior notice to the customers.

* Message failure as a result of sender ID rejection will not be considered (Please always test your sender ID).

* We will not give our API to you if you are already a customer to our major customers.

* We don't take responsibility for whatever happens with messages sent through us.

* Account with suspected fraudulent activities will be immediately suspended and deleted.

* We don't take responsibility for wrong delivery (Type your nos properly).

SPAM WORDS

Here is the information that we have about filters. Please, note that this might change any moment. Before you use words like WIN, WON, Congratulation, PROMO, please test and see that the operators will accept it.

1. For Globacom Nigeria:

The operator rejects all messages having between 7 and 20 digits within its content or senderID.

Messages with local, international formatted +234 sender ids as well as messages with those numbers in the text body can be filtered at any time and fail in large amounts.

Other words filtered according to some of our suppliers:

· Alphanumeric sender containing MTN, AIRTEL, GLOBACOM, ETISALAT, VISAFONE, SMS, ZOOM MULTILINKS & MTEL.

· Numeric sender beginning with 080, 070, 081, 071, 121 and are 11 digits in length, and also with country code prefix 234.

· Message content containing GSM numbers from other networks beginning with 080, 070, 081, 071 and are 11 digits in length, also with country code 234 prefix.

1. For MTN Nigeria: Filters on:

· Content with phone numbers that belong to foreign networks.

· Content that suggests spam. E.g. Call this number for a free gift, etc

· MTN does not allow banking traffic on the direct connection.
